I doubt this suit goes anywhere. Harley's have been running hot since shortly after the EPA came into existence and then got hotter and hotter. It's not like the Harley fraternity didn't know they were hot. And if these were brand new riders riding Harleys, what were they doing starting off on a bike that big to begin with? Yeah, they have a right to buy what they want, it's just not real smart on their part. It shows how much common sense (much less, bike sense) they have.

And keep in mind, I wouldn't be surprised if HD doesn't get some kind of letter of intent to sue darned near every day.

If they were smart being an LLC company they would bail out and sell off now JMO While this suit may not have merit it will still hurt JMO

Talked to my dealer today, The Media has over blown this HD thing again, H D says Power visions tuners are fine, but dont get them involved in the D Catting the head pipes That is a NO NO, is HD for sale? Who knows for sure, The M8 is here to stay I doubt the TC will survive JMO
