grab bars

I'll be honest with you guys. I wouldn't like riding on the back if it had 4 grab bars. Not a good feeling. When I went to practice at the parking lot when I first got my SG trike, I rode on the back for about 5 miles. I didn't like it one bit. After my second practice, I rode my hubby home with him on the back, he agreed...it wasn't a good ride.

JM:

I have a honda 1800 VTX with a Champion rear. I bought an installed grab handles for my passenger ( my Wife) she likes them a lot, fells much safer. They are pricey but worth her comfort. Champion sells them.

My wife wanted someting to hang on to on our Valkyrie Roadsmith and I got a set of grips from Lehman. They fit very well and look good, and my wife feels much more secure when riding.

It is all in what you know. My bride has never ridden a bike/trike by herself. She is very happy and comfortable in the back behind me. She has complete confidence in me but not the other person. As for me, I agree with you.

I am very nervous riding behind someone else except M3.
