Got the trike now.....

Well I am home with my 97 Goldwing Trike so here are some of the questions I have that I can’t find the answer to when I do a search.

1. How can I tell if I have a SE model or Asp model

2. The trike has been sitting a lot for the last 18 months so I was going to put some Sea Foam in it. Do I use the Motor Treatment in the 16 oz or what? I was thinking this was for the gas tank, do I pour it in the gas?

3. Back brakes not catching so I am going to bleed them, do I use Dot 4 or what?

Dot 4 The sea foam is a gas treatment . Do u have foot warmers? Do your small lights stay on or do they only come on with the turn sig. and do you have adjustable rear foot rests also is the fader knob for the rear seat speaker on you radio control knob .
Most people can't fig out all the radio buttons and knobs

Duck my 90 sez SE on the 1500 thing. I do not use Sea foam much,but when I do I just put about a Table spoon in the gas tank and run that thru it.Think you are rite about dot4.We are only about 45 miles apart so maybe we can have a cup some time.RIDE SAFE

When you use sea foam you need to put 4 or 5 oz into the tank. some people put in a whole bottle into 5 gallons . a teas spoon won't do much to improve it. When you change your oil go to Walmart or Tractor Supply (any good auto supply may have it too )and buy Shell Rotella in a Blue Gallon Jug. Use that . Your bike will shift like butter.
