Got my fix.

The weather has turned a little warmer today a smoldering 53,so got the trike out for a little ride today.Would have been better but there is a steady breeze out of the west at about 15-20.But either way it felt good to get out.

62 here yesterday and today so I got out for a little back road riding yesterday and rode to breakfast with friends this morning.

Pretty much the same temp and wind on Long Island. Went down along the Atlantic. 45 miles 1-way. Then rollerbladed 8 miles. Half of that against that wind. Nice when it was to my back. Then back home. Honey-do list waiting for me at home.

WoW! This is funny because I felt the same way, look into garage yesterday, saw my bike just sitting there, (after being winterized for a month) and decided I also needed a fix, so off I went on maybe a 15 mile ride (45* temps) , God I feel good today...........Glad I did it!
