Picked up the trike on Saturday morning. Rode around all day showing it off to everyone we know who rides. Just under 100 miles for the day. Everybody thought it was great! As we were pulling up to my brother-in-law's house, another trike pulled up behind us. He said "I knew I saw another trike go by, so I just had to come see it." He lived about a 1/2 mile away and ran us down to see the new trike.
Sunday it rained
most of the day. It quit around dinner time, so we put dinner on hold and went for a ride. A little over 50 miles.
Monday we planned an all-day ride. Rode with the brother-in-law and a neighbor from across the street. Took off around 9:00am and rode just over 200 miles. Got home in time to fix dinner. We now have a little over 350 miles total since we picked it up. Never had a better ride on any bike we've owned. :yes:
Was trying to figure out how to categorize the expense for this trike. Finally decided it has to go in the category of "Transportainment". No other explanation will do.
