After much consideration my husband Jim and I decided to trade in both bikes and purchase a 2017 Triglide. His hip and knee have been bothering him and felt it was time to make the change.

Now I'll be in his ear reminding him to keep his feet up, watch those gas pumps and turn don't lean! The student has become the teacher.

His Heritage was blue and he wanted a red Tri. My Freewheeler was red and I wanted a blue Tri. Guess who won!?!

Here are some pics while they're finishing up some mods at the dealer. Will probably bring her home Monday.

This is Dakota Blue!

Nice ride! Wife and I just converted to the three wheel world with a 2014 Tri glide about a month ago. There is a definite learning curve for sure but the ride is awesome. Enjoy the new ride, Rev. J.

Congrats on the Trike,

I love that color it is the same as our 2017 Tri Glide, sorry the color is not Dakota Blue.

The HD custom color is called Bonneville Blue/Fathom Blue. It's a special two tone paint option offered on the 2017 Tri Glides.

You guys will love have fun and enjoy :)

Bill,

Her name is Dakota Blue. I fell in love with the color after seeing your trike. It will be fun being a passenger again and fortunately I can ride by myself as well. Looking forward to taking delivery!

Bill,

I now live in ND but am a native of Fresno, CA. Been thru Bakersfield many times.

Kristie,

Heck you may know some of my family members you never know.

My Dad (God rest his sole) his Brothers and Sister grew up there. My Dad was born there right after his Mom and Dad arrived from Italy in 1919. All of the older family that settled in Fresno has passed on now. A lot of the younger family has moved to other places.

Bill,

I graduated from Fresno High in 1977, my mom graduated from Fresno High in 1952 and my Granpa graduated from there also! I lived northwest of Roeding park. Moved to North Dakota in 2008 and have never looked back. Love it here, even with the harsh winters but the summers are much nicer here.

Kristie,

So you were raised a Valley girl I see..Lol.. I tell ya, I would move from California in a heart beat if it was not for my job and I would not look back either. I may just move when I retire. I bet the country there is awesome.

Kristie, We moved back to Sturgis last year from the Seattle area and haven't missed the traffic or the ME ME people there a bit.
