Good ride today

After triple bypass and in climate weather, I got a ride in today ! 65 degrees and sunny. Covered 130 miles. Was great for a first ride..

I only rode about 10 miles today, but it still counts. My goal has been to ride at least one day out of every month. The weather cooperated on the last day.

Graduated cardiac rehab today and cleared to do more riding. Thanks for the comments and well wishes. I have missed that trike !
