Just introducing myself to the forum. My name is Gord and I live in Port Alberni on beautiful Vancouver Island.
i am new to triking and have a 1985 Tiger trike with a VW 1600 motor and a GL1200 front end. The trike was originally built with a springer front end but the prev owner in his "wisdom" changed over to the GL1200 front end. He did not chnge the rake so it steered real hard and had real bad low speed head shake.
i did a lot of research and cut the neck so i now have 28 degrees of rake and 2 inches of trail, no more head shake and real easy steering!
Still some wiring issues but i will figure them out.
