Is this as good a deal as I think it is?

1999 GL1500 with MotorTrike kit.
64K; 8.5 out ot 10; bells and whistles
and farkles. Beauty. Guy says he is
asking for payoff. I can verify mechanical
condition with local shop where he bought
it used and has had it worked on.
Asking $10,800.
