Good Day From Connecticut

Too Cool! A Can-Am Spyder added to our family :D.
Welcome to you, doughboy! We will look forward to getting acquainted with you AND your trike as you join the fun on TrikeTalk.com.

Wow have you been to Billy's Ice Cream with that yet? We have not been there this year. . It is in Bethany I think 2nd Thurs. of every month.

doughboy! Welcome to the board! :wave4:
I rode a spyder at the Davis Rally last September. Liked it lots. The owner had handlebar risers, a taller windshield, repositioned footpegs and some other mods to make it more of a touring rig. It was a cool ride, I want one.
(And the Stallion I rode at that same rally, and a VW Trikeshop Rounabout like we used to have, and a HD Servicar, a Victory Vision Crossbow, a Royal Enfield Bullet, and, and, and ...
a bigger garage...and...
lots more money  )

Just stay in reverse and everyone will thiink you're riding the same kind of trike as the rest of us.

All joking aside those are nice rides. Enjoy the Spider and TrikeTalk.

A big TRIKERS THANK YOU for the WELCOME.

I Did a lot of mods to mine, BRAGGING list:
Flames-HID headlights-fog lights-cut handlebars installed 4" risers-Drilled out handlebars & installed in bar heaters with 4 levels of heat- Iso grips-Throttle control-GPS with XM,traffic,weather- Slider windshield- Fuse box addition- front bumper under grill - LED lights that in turn signals & brake lights- Front fender tip lights work with signal lights-Rear signal lights work with brake lights and flash 4 times when you put on brakes- Hindle Exhaust- Sport locking rear rack- New comfort seat- Spyder foot pegs replaces stock-Trunk liner with storage pouches- 12 volt outlet in trunk- sport bag on back rack- Highway foot :yes:brackets & pegs.Optional wheels.

Might be missing something but that's enough bragging or STUPID spending of time & money that you will NEVER recover if sold.

Good Day
Doughboy

LOL Doughboy... You've been busy!
I'd venture to say that most of us would never recover the cost of all the mods we put on our rides to get them exactly the way we want them. But one of the joys of this passion is putting our own personality into them. That makes riding them even MORE fun, if that is possible!

If it's fact...it ain't braggin'.

Nice rig and you've certainly made it "yours" and a good job of doing it! Build it and enjoy it.

Nothing stupid about that, but anyone that buys a trike - or bike for that matter - and personalizes it with the expectation of recovering the cost is a fool.

Ride free - Ride fast - Ride often - but most of all Ride Safe.

Hi John
I live not far from there, thanks for the info.
They say you learn something new everyday.
I will stop by and also add on some more calories, I really had to say that WORD.

Good day
