I think it's pretty much like every rally, just set in Gettysburg. The ride thru the battlefield is very interesting with all the monuments. They also do tours thru it that you can ride thru on your bike, pretty cool. I think the majority of the bikes were Harley's, they have a huge dealership there. All in all we try to go and spend one day there.
Haven't been to the rally but have been to the area. Battlefield HD is a great store. Nice folks. Downtown Gettysburg in the historic area is a bit touristy. The battlefield is awesome. Once when there I heard a couple ask the docent where the re-enactors were from that were on the field that day. They commented about how accurate the uniforms and arms were. They said they marched on by without a glance toward them. The docent checked his schedule and said there were NO re-enactors on the field that weekend at all.
Lots of Ghost stories through out the town. They even have a ghost tour or two. You decide.
