Fuse for 12 volt outlet

I tried using my 12 volt outlet for the first time and noticed that it wasn't charging my phone. Is there a fuse that needs to be pushed in or something I don't know about on it? I tried a different adapter and a different cable just to make sure.

I'm just taking a shot in the dark here.......Cause I Never used mine, But maybe the ignition has to be on the 'ON' Position....??:Shrug:..

I tried it in ignition on and in accessory mode. No joy in either.

I just looked at my 2019 manual and all i could find that ''IF'' what you are charging draws over 8 amps the outlet will atomically turn off......:Shrug:...So i don't think a cell phone use more than 8 amps..?...
