Front Tire Choices?

I did a search and the most recent front tire thread dates back to 2019 so maybe time for a new one.

My current tire, Dunlop American Elite will need replacing soon (2k miles or so) and I have looked high and low, both on the internet and locally, an no one seems to have the 130-60-19 required for the FLRT.

I have found the following in stock:

Metzler Cruiestec

Michelin Commander III

Avon Cobra Chrome

I am not interested in running a rear tire backwards as some people do.

I am not set on wanting the Dunlop, my experience with it has been just so so (might get 11k miles out of it)

Any experience or thoughts on these tires I can get?

There is also Bridgestone and Continental. I just purchased a Cobra Chrome but haven’t mounted it yet. I ran Continentals for years and was pleased with them. It was a toss up and I finally picked the Avon. Time will tell. Good luck with your choice.

Anybody used a Shinko?
