halftrack65]Can anyone give me a reason that the trike fells like it is pushing in the turns. Just had my 1800 gold wing trike d at the factory champion down in Garden grove. Calif. Have not road it much but the little that I have it seems to file like it is pushing. Is there a fix for this with out spending a lot of money. thanks Halftrack65http://www.triketalk.com/forum/images/smilies/smileygarden_de_banana7.gif

There are several threads addressing this issue so you might want to do some searching. Quick and dirty there are a couple possibilities.

First you are new to trikes so you'll need to learn how to ride again. There is a sticky thread in the Honda forum that really spends a lot of time with cornering issues. I really suggest you study that one. Some of it is simply getting use to the trike - some is technique.

Second thing is the trike. Three things come to mind quickly. 1) Front tire - if it's an OEM radial get rid of it and put either a Bridgestone BT45 or Mitchlin Pro Activ (MPA) on. Some mount it in reverse rotation and others don't. There are several threads on this topic also... 2) Having the front triple tree rake kit installed would be a HUGE help. 4.5 or 6 degree rake kit (ask ZOOK for help). Also he'll give you one heck of a deal on the kit.. 3) increasing the rear suspension stiffness will reduce body roll so the trike will behave much better in corners.

Actually there is a third suggestion. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. Even after the trike is right and you have the techniques sorted out the riding will improve with the miles ridden.

Hope some of that helps... :xszpv: :xszpv:
