After almost 2 months , my trike is finally finished ! Writing out the check Friday . Then taking it to z tech to get 3m film put on the fenders. Then riding it home !! Yeah !!:pepper:

Congrats Snake ThumbUp
Worth the Wait No Doubt.

How long has it been since the Trike portion was painted? Needs to cure around 60 days (seems to be the Consensus as you hear 30 to 90 from good Paint People) before sealing with the 3M type Products. What "They" say anyways.

Also cover the front of the ground effects if you got them... Ditto on waiting awhile prior to installing to let the paint cure out... when its warmer the 3M also installs easier, even with a heat gun!!

Maybe a moot point now you have it home already but, did some investigation about cure time on the paint.
Talked w/the custom paint shop that did my trike.
If air dried coatings are used then there is a somewhat extended cure time needed before applying the film.
If the proper hardeners are used and the body is then baked, as this shop does, there is no need to wait for a extended period of time.
Hope you enjoy your trike as much as I have mine:pepper:

Hope you took a nice long detour getting home. Just the excuse for some time in the (new) saddle.

Yep.... Went around Robbin hoods barn coming home. :) There saying lower 60's Monday / Tuesday next week. I'll take south about 50+ miles where it's a little warmer. Maybe I'll run into Rod69 somewhere. :)

got it home yesterday.....was 60 degrees coming home, but the hand warmers & seat warmers came in handy.......woohoo.....this thing is awesome......

Congrats on your new trike! Glade you like it. My plans are to ride the heck out of mine Monday / Tuesday .:wave4:

Sounds like some good plans. Have to go to the Dr. Monday, but hope to do some riding Monday and Tuesday. Could just happen to ride around Terre Haute and maybe Marshall.
