Never dreamed when we decided to convert the 2006 Deuce to a Frankenstein Kit but the front end is giving us troubles. Put a 7 degree 44mm triple tree on and it works great for steering however I can't find a fork stop that will keep the windshield mounts from hitting my gas tank which has a very expensive custom paint on it. I have tried a regular fork stop but then I lose way too much in the turning radius. Am having no luck finding anything that will work. I can ride it just have to be very careful that I do not let the bolts hit the front of the tank. Ideas?
