fork seal installer

Is there a way to install the fork seals and bushings without buying the 43 mm fork seal installer tool? Anybody have a trick they use? Or do I just need to break down and buy the tool to make sure they're seated properly?

Try a piece of Pvc pipe

I used a pvc pipe and took a hack saw and cut it 3/4 through and used a rubber mallet , it worked for me.
