fork rake

I have a 6 deg rake on my trike. I just ordered a front end from Eurowingusa so I can run a car tire. I found they are made for stock triple tree. Will I have new problems if I put on the 6 degree tree?
Thanks Lloyd

You need to contact Eurowing. If they engineered their front end to utilize the stock tree, then the 6 degree rate could be disastrous. They are the only ones who know the answer.

You need to call EuroWing!!!
I'm betting new trees come w/the item, since it uses a car tire!!! No idea what degree rake, if any, it is.
Thanks to Zook for pointing out the Eurowing front is a leading link. Never noticed that.

The Euro wing front end is a leading link design that is not compatible with a raked triple tree. You will need to use a stock triple tree with the new front end. While you are making the swap be sure to change the steering stem bearings and races to a tapered set.

The frontend used on eurowing is not a leading link frontend. The front axle is moved forward by a design built into the front fork slides. It comes with its own triple tree. Do not use the 6 degree raked triple tree. I have been a dealer for eurowing for 9 years. If your not sure what you are doing get to someone who is familiar with bikes to install frontend for you. They can contact me or Marvin in Miami for help. I am in Atlanta, ga. . My number is on the eurowing usa website.
