Boots... in the 3 months of the year when it's cool enough down here. Most all other times, over the ankle hiking shoes, light breathable material. And sometimes tennies when on a trip to the store 1/2 mile down the road.
Always jeans & t-shirt, adjust additional coverings for weather.
