hello i own a 2015 freewheeler i was wondering if you recommend using the harley davidson syn in all three ports.

My other bike is a 1997 flh evo harley davidson and i use regular 20/50 and for the trans and primary they have another fluid

I just use What Harley recommends changing oil and never had a problem I never try to reinvent the wheel .. even when I had victory and just about every Japanese make what they recommend is what I use ..

Keep in mind if you are using HD Syn3 oil it is NOT a full synthetic oil, merely a blend

If you have not ever tried gear lube in your tranny, why not give it a try.

Your trike might like it, JMO

I am now trying HD new synthetic gear oil in my primary, so far I like it

My tranny gets Redline Shockproof, IMO the best money can buy

Over the years and going back to my Panhead days I have tried many oils and lubes, Stick with what you know and trust

Another vote for Redline Shockproof in the tranny.

Which Redline Shockproof would you recommend? They apparently make several products.

Yes......SYN-3....And Formula + in the Trans/Primary.....
