Florida V8 build questions

My wife and I both ride but her right knee has been rebuilt twice and now I am looking into building a V8 trike. I have a 460 BB and C6 tranny that I bought from an individual and a 460 Block already bored out .30 over I bought years ago that has been in my shop. I plan to use rebuild the tranny and marry it to the finished 460 that I will build from the 2. I plan to buy a mustang GT rear end and subframe to build off of. What can or do I need to do to get this thing registered in Florida? Any help would be great.

Ok, the DMV gave me a number for a compliance center in Tallahassee. They will be the ones to issue the VIN for a custom vehicle. AFPS "Assembled from parts" is what the vehicle will be called on title. It its rigorous to get but worth it I guess. I have to have receipts for everything on the trike, pictures of the entire process of build and get it certified as "Road Worthy" before they will title it. So I should be able to have plenty of pics on a new build post :xzqxz: Thanks for the information, they did have answers after all. BTW the lady at the compliance center was super nice and helped me more than I thought they would.
