So, managed to find and buy a genuine Daymaker Headlight from a 2014 US Tri Glide to fit to my 2018 UK Tri Glide. Bought the genuine wiring accessory part and went to fit yesterday only to find that, despite the headamp fitting the batwing perfectly and the wiring harness bought fitting the headlamp without problem via the 4 pin connector, I don't have the appropriate multipin connector in the main loom to finish the wiring. Apparently, UK bikes do not have them…..
… So have any forum members spliced a Daymaker into the front lighting wiring loom to facilitate it working? I am assuming that I need to tap into the wiring for one or both of the standard lights fitted.
