Since I got the Road Star/Champion tagged. Just got to the 750 mile mark for me. Probably would have been closer to double that but, only put maybe 100 on it from Mar 21 thru Apr 6 or so. This was supposed to be mine and the wife's re-entry into riding. Unfortunately, she passed from the brain cancer that she valiantly fought since July 2013. So now, this trike has become my therapy. I take every opportunity I can to ride and I am at peace as I ride and am never alone despite the seemingly empty passenger seat behind me.

Those of y'all that ride with your wives, girlfriends, etc, enjoy the time spent together. Because you never know,,,,

Lastly, probably little know but, May is Brain Cancer Awareness Month. Take every opportunity to wear grey in support of those that fight this.

Sorry for your loss!

Today when I was out with the shop owner for my trike riding lesson I saw a red cardinal along the road when I stopped to make some adjustments. I feel that was my mother (passed away 9/11/14) keeping an eye on me. Cardinal was her favorite bird to watch.
I'm sure you wife is riding along with you and giving you that relaxed feeling.

Condolences ............ :(

Riding is always one of the things that just seems to relax me. Tend to forget about the world when the wind is in my face.

Sorry for your loss, I'm like most people, riding is therapy for me also. I hope you will enjoy riding for many years to come.

So very sorry for your loss. Your strength and purpose are impressive. I do not know if I could soldier-on as well as you. It would be very difficult to get through the profound sense of loss. May God bless you.

Sorry to hear of your loss. My wife passed away almost 10 years ago from cancer, but still rides with me in spirit.

Sometimes when I'm on a country road, just enjoying the scenery, I'll feel a light touch on my shoulder and look over to see a deer or rabbit or field of flowers. Sometimes it's a mountain river or falls.

I don't know how it happens, but loved ones are never really gone from our lives.

+1 for sure. I could not have said it any better.

So sorry for your loss, may you take comfort in your memories. As riding is a comfort, may the weather favor you.

My condolences. Wind therapy is wonderful. I am sure she is riding right there behind you smiling as you put those miles on the trike. Ride on!

I'm so sorry about your loss! It must mean a great deal to you that your wife wanted you out riding on this trike! Be safe, comforted, and blessed as you ride in her memory!
