Fairing Dash Pad

I've had this pad on my last two two-wheeled bikes and wanted to get it for the TriGlide. I had always ordered the basic one from the parts catalog and had no problems. I ordered the dash pad that is pre-drilled for mounting a Zumo 660 to it, figuring this would be the best way to go.

Unknown to me, it turns out that if you go this route, you have to order all the pieces separately. This includes all bolts, nuts, and washers. The chrome trim that is standard on the dash pad evidently has to be ordered separately as well, because mine didn't come with it. All that's fine, just a bit of a surprise. But here's the part that chaps my a$$. There's no drilling template....you have to pay extra to get the installation instructions and template for drilling the fairing.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of going this route. Find out exactly what you're paying for and what else you need to order. Just seems wrong. :gah:

Any chance someone out there has the drilling template that they'd be willing to share?

A follow-up on this pre-drilled dash pad. Turns out Harley does not sell instructions or mounting template. My dealership called Harley and they told him that they don't have either one because the inner fairings are pre-drilled for the dash pad and GPS mount on the SE models. Guess they figure that no one adds this pad / GPS combo, so no need for instructions. Maybe they're hoping that if you want to do this you'll buy the SE inner fairing too?
