</div> Rides and handles good.....Just need to get it to run right.... I just think it needs basic maint. work . Rode it from Ks to Colorado when I purchased it about 7 months ago and needed timing adjustment. It runs better than before but I think it can do better. A few weeks later the fuel pump went out on me, then a couple of weeks after that the points broke while I was on the interstate. It was fusturating for a bit.<br />
With the warmer weather coming I would like to get it running 100 Pct.<br />

Needs oil change/valve adjustment which will be done next week. <br />
Would like to have the plugs and wire changed and upgrade to electronic ignition.

your trike looks great and different, but if you like it , then stick with it and do the upgrades and go triking, if you want to change it to something different, well there are alot of wys to make it different, but that is up to you,
But heck upgrade it and ride it, grinn.

Your trike is not something I would like to have, but so what? I still like it and have respect for what it takes to build one and make it work. If my Dad was still capable, it is something he would build for fun, just because he could. I give thumbs up to anything hand built using way more abilities than I am capable of.

Joey when I decided it was time for a trike I to wanted something different ,new what I wanted it to have [ had to have a springer] searched for several months till I found it [[a fine looking fiberglass, bodied Scorpion....IMO... AND THAT IS ALL THAT MATTERS]]. Now had I wanted,, and nothing wrong with it,,, what everyone else has I could have made my bike a trike cheaper than what this cost . So if you do not like the attn. ,all the questions, pictures and conversation that it requires when you just pull in to get gas, do something different..... JOEY I am a firm believer in ...TO EACH HIS OWN..... so you ride that trike, enjoy it and let it continue to grow on the wife.

when i first bought my vw trike my wife said: i thought you were going to buy a trike like a goldwing trike, not something that looks like herman monster would drive around. lol
So she named it the REDNECK Chariot.

Nothing wrong with a Redneck...I thought about a Goldwing trike,wife said I didn't look like a Goldwing rider..Maybe she thought I needed a ....REDNECK CHARIOT.....HUMMMM

i would just change the color of the green to black or red, leave the diamond plate shiny and leave the wood as it is if it has a nice grain look to it. if the wood coating needs redone i would re stain a dark oak and varnish it.

Ditch the green. Go black or even dark blue or dark red. The green is wrong.. Agree the wood needs more color. I personally do not like wood on a motorcycle. I would do the whole thing in a cherry or red wood stain. Maybe paint it black
