have trouble with Bronchitis in the winter time? Maybe 5 years ago I mentioned to my MD that I always get this wheezing in my chest during the winter, then it tapers off in the spring. She said there's an easy way to treat those symptoms and I wouldn't have to take any drugs. I started eating a cup of Activia twice a day for 30 days, then only had one a day thru the end of February. That lasted for several winters without any Activia but I'm started to wheeze again about 3 weeks ago so I started the Activia regimen again and already see a big decrease in the wheezing. Wheezing became a habit ever fall until my MD put me on to Activia. End of a winter time problem.

​Sorry Sidecar, it was at least 5 years ago that my doc advised me to take this stuff, can't recall what she said was in it that does the trick.

Activa;..It’s nonsteroidal, anti-inflammation painkiller … it’s usually used for the treatment of gout/arthritis, and migraines….
