Agree 100%. Everything I have ordered from DK has been top quality, promptly shipped and fit perfectly. Too bad all companies don't function that well (our government too).

DK is #1 in my book. I bought my trike last aug and started following Kevin's adventures. I was in the process of ordering a comfort lift kit and tank lift when I received an email from DK, telling me I had won the custom lift kit. Well I am super grateful for the kit, it has changed my love for the trike. The tank lift and the rear custom tank lift are #1. Thanks Kevin. I am a customer as long as I own the trike. Jim

I wish we had never made the mistake that we had to fix. Most people are very understanding when we do make a mistake, and for that I am grateful.

But when we do make one, we try and learn from it/change procedures so that we don't make it again.

One of the main reasons Devin and I started DK was because of the frustration we experienced when getting parts for our own bikes. I hate opening a package and going to install something and getting stalled out.

Beards real, hair on head is getting so thin I've been thinking of cutting it all off (what's left). :laugh:


Again, my apologies to uppercaseJC for the mistake, thank you for your understanding, and giving us the chance to correct it.

No Problem Kevin. Dawn has such a nice accent that now I make up complaints just so I can talk to her some more.
