Just bought 2010 Goldwing/Roadsmith Trike, would like to get suggestions/advise on wheel and tire for front

Your already on the Dark Side 
Unless you want to spend a fortune on a completely new front end system your only choice is the stock size of front tire, but go to a Bias tire in that size. Michelin Pilot Active, or brdgstone BT-45. Both of which give excellent mileage and performance. My last Michelin lasted right at 20 K in mileage, I had to change it cause it suddenly developed a small knot.
Euro Wing has a front end system that uses a car tire, but it is in the neighborhood of $4500.00 for the setup.
