Yes. I have a set of his smoke-colored wings on my trike. They've been on the bike for several years and have held up and worked well. I would definitely buy another set if I needed them. I also tried his windshield as well, but I bought it way too tall and ended up putting an F4 +2 to replace it.
However, here just recently, I put a Klock Werks FLARE Windshield from Kustombaggers.com on my GW trike a couple of weekends ago just to try it out and see how it compared to my F4. The Klock Werks is supposed to be wind-tunnel designed so I was anxious to try it and the price wasn't bad. So far, I'm pretty darned impressed with it. I'm 5'9" and my wife is 5'8", and we found that it works great up 2 notches from the lowest setting. We plan on leaving it on there as it looks and works great. We got caught in a pretty good rain storm, and we could actually see how the water was being directed around us as we traveled down the road. How well it holds up over time? Dunno, but the proof is in the pudding.

You'll have to keep us up to date on how well this windshield works out, I like the look of it.

How is your wife impacted by wind compared to the F4?

The price for the Flare is reasonable and it comes with free shipping. Not a bad deal at all if it does the job!

Thanx for sharing! :10:

I was fine with the lowest setting even though it was way below eye level, but Brenda was getting buffeted so we stopped and took it up to the next setting. That put it just below eye level for me whereas I was looking thru the F4 previously. I'm good with it there even with the helmet flipped to the up position...until the rain hit us and we were both locked down on the lids. It also took the buffeting off of her so that's where we left it. I love the looks of it. I suspect that the surface isn't as "hard" as the F4's but it is polycarbonate. It's staying on our trike for a while or until we can get a good LD trip with it. Meantime, the F4 is gonna sit in the corner while this "jury is out". Next nice day out, hopefully this weekend, I'll try and get a couple of pics of it on our trike and post em here. Also, we're planning on going to the Trikeforum rally in Eureka Springs next month and that will likely be the LD trip for it. Hope to see some of you folks there. Stay safe!!

MD,
Here are a couple of pics of his wings on my bike. They've been on there a good long while and still holding up pretty good. I'm starting to get some crazing in a couple of them. The ones mounted under the mirrors and the top one of the tri-setup below give the best cooling air flow. The very bottom one can direct heat in cooler weather.

Here are a couple of pics of the "Flare" windshield. This is on the 2nd setting from the bottom. I think if you click on one of these it will let you browse the rest of the pics in the photobucket album.

Installed the F4+4, handwings, airwings, and trike wings and it's a fantastic combination. Wife no longer gets beat-up with buffeting, and I have control over how much air I get, lots or little. HIGHLY recommended...
