CSC Viper Trunk locked

can't open my trunk(s). Left a voice mail & sent an email to CSC, no response...

Have you called your Installer/Dealer ?

You should have an emergency release cable somewhere under the right hand side panels.Attaches to the release bar inside the bottom trunk.Usually has a loop on the end so you can get your finger in it to pull.

I have a CSC conversion and I also have the "emergency" pull wire under the seat, only mine is on the left side. CSC hardly ever answers their phone and you always have to leave a message and wait for them to get back to you. They need more people on the phones for customer service in my opinion, but I love the conversion and I think it looks and handles great.
