Hi Guys, I'm from Downunder (Aus.) and at the time don't have a trike.
At present I am riding an '09 Suzuki C50 and am starting to look towards the day when I will need three wheels so I figured to do a little looking around here and see what everyone has to say about the various bikes and trike kits/trikes, what's the best suspension etc. before I head on out and get set-up. I can't afford to buy and try until I find the one that suits but if I do my homework I should be able to get the 'right' one first up. Anyway, It's great to be here and I enjoy looking at everyone's trike and reading their experiences.

Welcome. If you are a buyer at the moment I know of a couple of bike conversion trikes up for sale not too far from you. If interested just send me a PM and I'll send you details. By the way,the trikes are not mine but belong to friends.
Good luck with your research. Doing the groundwork is a lot cheaper than making the wrong choice.
Personally, from bitter experience, it is so much easier to get a trike in Qld. that is rego'd & ready to ride than it is to get a project passed by the Transport Dept. I built my first trike in 3 months and took 12 months before Qld. Trans. & the engineer gave me the approvals. I followed the engineers instructions but the form shuffling was very frustrating. Just my experience.
