Does anybody use this head pipe and if so how do you like it????? Was at the dealer yesterday and inquired about head pipes, first name they mentioned was Rush, they sell quite a few of them I guess, then vance and hines and a few others. I know with Cobra you don't need the tri-glide adapters, already built it from what he told me, I liked that part of it anyway, all one pipe then mufflers, less leakage IMHO and I know if adapters are installed and done right no leakage, just liked all in one pipe.

I also mention that ebay has all kinds of head pipes for sale without the cat, he said that would be a option also and whole lot cheaper than a aftermarket head pipe.

One other thing I forgot to mention, first went to service rep and he was saying some head pipes requires mods to get it to work if you have a lift kit, not sure what he meant by that but didn't like what I heard, shouldn't have to do mods for head pipe unless he meant underneath the bike where the mufflers go and the crossover goes which I think is what he meant.

wildpigpipes.com sells stock head pipe with cat delete ... and gives credit for returned stock pipe with cat. Very reasonable.

I know of at least 1 shock lift retailer who has made design changes so his fit all year trikes including 2017 M8s .... but you can not account for all aftermarket pipes!!!!

I have the Cobra head pipes with the crossover port, had to get the Triglide extensions, they are the little s-shaped pipes.

I also have the lift kit. The extensions touched the swingarm on both sides, at full shock extension, which should be just about never, unless I go off a jump.... I heated the pipes up and put a small dent in them for clearance.
