Class Action Wet Head Suit

Well, at least now I can ride behind them without slippin' and slidin':pepper::pepper::pepper::pepper::pepper:traded one leak for another:D:D:D
they can fix with stop leak!!!;)

Maybe now they will test their products instead of charging the customers to do it!

If you think Harley is the only one, Buy a Can-Am and you can become a field tester for Bombardier [BRP] Been there and tested it....:gah:

My 2014 is in for coolant leak. I live a 65 miles from my dealer. So when I discovered it, they told me to bring it in or I can keep a watch on it until my 1000 mile check up. I just had to purchase some 50/50 orange coolant and I was good to go. I had no problem with the idea of servicing it my self. If I lived closer than I would have had it there sooner. But the 1000 mile service is done. Just waiting on a new thermostat housing. Now I wonder will it be a permanent fix or will this become an on going thing.

FWIW The late 90s GM LT1s had aluminum and steel mating in the coolant system. You had to use the "GM dirt tabs" after a flush so the system would self seal. IMO anything can be made to seal with the right gasketing and clamps. WAY BACK we used to put oatmeal in the system to seal small leaks in the radiator. Then came Bar's Stop-Leak.

Now a crack in a plastic housing or other coolant part is a DEFECT ... no matter how you look at it.

Pulling trees out of the woods with my tractors' sometimes a branch would poke a hole in the radiator I would put pepper in it, Old farmers trick... That's how I sealed a leak in my Can-Am a few years ago.. I wouldn't be surprised if Bars stop leak is the same without the pepper smell..

Just a little over 4k on my '14. She's solid. No leaks, nothing. Worst thing I have had happen so far is to stop grinning ear to ear when the bugs come out!

10k on mine and no leaks. Guess we got lucky Rax. :)

Problem seems to be with the CVO 110" engine. Wonder what is different between that power plant and the 103"?

7 cubic inches......LOL......really I believe the 110 makes more heat to deal with. Some of the first one-tens had sleeve shifting problems due to heat

:Agree:It could be the added heat, the 110 is one warm running bugger. The EPA friendly cams really make it a toaster oven.

Indeed it does. I owned two CVO`s. The 103 motor on my 2014 Tri Glide feels like air conditioning compared to those bikes.
