When changing plugs should you use anti seize on the threads and how often do you changes them? Is there a cross reference for the stock plug? 1800
Thanks

Don't use anti-seize..... Use heat sink paste, Available at Radio Shack....
And Autozone, Some anti -seize will react negatively to Aluminum.

Just changed the sparking plugs on my daughter's Nissan Sentra yesterday and the inner two of those suckers were a b*tch to get out. I didn't have any heat sink paste but you've got me thinking I should get some and re-install...

NGK plugs for one are coated to prevent removal problems and they recommend not to use anti seize

Don't use anything on the plugs. As far as frequency, it is up to you. I change every 30K and they come out looking as clean as when they went in. My tech said anything less than 30K is just a waste of good money. Wings are marvelous machines and need so little attention. Now oil is a different thing. I changed every 5,000. Once again, my tech said that is plenty soon.
