Welcome to Trike Talk, I found this info for you,

There is no rear wheel bearing in the way we normally think of them on bikes. The nearest thing to one is the bearing on the axle shaft coming out of the transmission. It's located behind the hub that the wheel bolts to. It's item number 14 on this fiche. 2006 Suzuki AN400S Transmission (2) | Babbitts Online

The bearing that most people find bad when they hear a rumbling sound when turning the rear wheel is the fixed driven plate bearing on the clutch output drive shaft. To get to it you have to pull the clutch off. It's item number 11 on this fiche. 2006 Suzuki AN400S Transmission (1) | Babbitts Online

It's purpose is to allow the drive shaft to turn independent of the clutch when the clutch is disengaged. That allows the rear wheel to freewheel so you can push the bike around. As soon as the clutch engages the shaft is locked to it and the bearing is no longer in use.
