Just wondering:

Do bikes have a certian channel just like truckers use 19?

I have never had a cb setup on a bike before.

Just thought about giving a shout out whenever I pass a trike going the other way.

To much chatter on 19 for me. Maybe we can start a channel for trikes. It would be great to just say hi to a passing trike. Can I suggest 33. That's what MJ and I use when we ride. Only talk I've heard on it has been bleed over from a amped up tramsmitter on another channel.

from the replies that have came back I would say that there are already more bikes (not just trikes) using #1 than any other.

Perhaps we could pose the question around other places and report back our findings in a week or so.

Our area uses 22... we should have a trike talk chan. we can check in when we go on a ride like at NE Rally I and TT Rally1V

generally speaking, channel 22 is used for one of the Gold Wing groups..GWTA, channel 1 is used as a universal motorcycle channel. More bikes use Channel 1 than any other, unless it is a group of friends and they are using something other for less chatter. We have been using CB radios on our motorcycles for about 18 years.
