Traded for an 89 heritage softail trike, with a Cass County Choppers trike rear end. Pretty sure that they are no longer in business. Anyone out there have one? What I need is a repair manual, maintenance, ect. All that came with it was installation papers. Thanks in advance.

Got a picture of the trike?

Hi Linda! Welcome to TrikeTalk from west Texas!

I’m sorry I can’t help you with a manual but wanted to welcome you and wish you miles of smiles with your trike!

Always nice to have another lady driver out here!

I have tried googling online for a manual and didn't have any luck finding it. And I, like Jack, am usually pretty good at finding what I am looking for. Just thought there might be someone on here that may have one.

I had already tried the web site and it is no longer working. The phone is no longer working. I did find another number, 816-905-4774, and that did not work either.I did send a message thru their Facebook page on 9-3-2018, so far no response. The last post on the FB page was May 2016. I do know that this kit was put on the Harley in Oct. 2016.

No manuals were given

I bought the kit for my 2001 Sportster from them new and only got the installation instructions with an exploded diagram of the parts. Never even had a chance to ask them for the bearing numbers. I guess will just have to wait till they start going out and pull them to see. I do remember asking GIGI if they were easy to find and she said they bought them locally so I assume they are a common bearing. Yours looks similar to mine but not exactly the same. I would imagine they use the same bearings since your axles look to be the same as mine. I'm pretty sure they are out of business though, it has been awhile since I have seen anything about the kits. Mine has a rubbing noise that I have not be able to figure out, but I have not taken it apart to see as I ride it alot. Hope this helps.

Former address listed as a P.O. Box of what I did find. All I found was a complaint at 'Rip Off' report from 2017 as well as 2009.

I just picked up a 2007 Nightster trike with the Cass county kit. The dealer is having some trouble adjusting the brakes. Is this something I should be concerned about?

The guy who owned Cass County Chopper Trikes appears to also RPM Industries and Service over in Grain Valley MO. His name is Ron Mirick aka Pops. There is a Facebook page that the most recent post was Mar of this year. Their phone number is 816-820-7766. Might be worth giving that number a call.
