Hi- I"m going to look at a 2015 for sale and the owner moved East from California a couple years ago. Are there any differences between Tri Glides sold there vs the rest of the country? I'm thinking EPA stuff. Of course MA is a lot like CA in a lot of ways so maybe it doesn't matter vs one that was sold here. Thanks!

Outside of a few pounds of proposition 65 warning labels I don’t think there is much difference 🤔?

The Ca models have a fuel Evap system similar to and automobile for emissions control

Thanks Jack. Is that a big deal to remove? And would that affect anything? (I'm assuming the '15 is pretty much stock) And of course I will ask the seller.

No it will not be hard to remove, however if you take the purge solenoid out it may set a check engine light. Look here @ this picture. #6 is the purge solenoid.

There is also another solenoid inside the gas tank that the vent hose connects to. I have disconnected the hose (PC 2) before it goes to charcoal cannister and run it down to the ground, but it still takes forever to fill the gas tank. Add about 20 cents worth of gas the rock the bike side to side to get it full. I was afraid to disconnect the solenoid in the tank, didn't know what it might do to the ECM. PC 5 hooks up the the intake after the fuel injectors.

Thanks all. I did watch a video on this and was worried about engine codes. I guess I'll play it by ear.

If the trike performs well, why remove it? I understand if it lowered the performance then remove it but not just because.
