FYI - I placed this thread on the Bushtec sponsor forum, but I also wanted to add it here since perhaps more readers would find it. If there's anyone considering a Bushtec trailer in the future, let me be one that strongly recommends you purchase one.

I purchased my Turbo +2 from Bazooka (world famous forum forecaster) in June of this year. I put 1500 miles on the trailer in July, and outside of a couple of issues, the trailer performed so well that I had to check a couple of times to make sure it was still behind me. The problems I did have with the trailer, Bushtec was "Johnny on the Spot" with getting them corrected, even to the point of overnighting the parts to me at no cost. Bushtec is well worth the costs, and the customer service is top notch......

Agree 110% on the product. I bought mine when John and Andy still owned it. Customer service was top notch bar none. I can't quite say the same about customer service since the big umbrella took them over. Have had several issues that finally got resolved but not without numerous phone calls. CS personnel were more familiar with the vegi-matic than motorcycle trailer issues. Maybe they are getting better.

Bushtec

I totally agree - Bushtec is the best bar-none!
But let me give some input from a slightly different viewpoint:
Bought my Turbo 2 back in '95 - pulled it all these years behind my 1988 Harley 2-wheeler and probably have close to 100 thousand miles on it (bike currently has 270 certified miles).
I've considered putting a hitch on the HD trike but just don't feel that I need the additional carrying space.
Bottom line - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BUSHTEC - have never had a problem with it!:Agree:

Over the course of 31 years I have owned three Bushtec trailers. The first was a 1984 Ultimate to pull behind my GL1100. In '91 I bought a Turbo to pull behind my '89 1500. When I bought the 2004 GL1800 I painted the Turbo to match.
That one lasted until I totaled the bike & trailer on a run in with a deer. That bike was replaced with a 2010 and a Bushtec Quantum GL. Each trailer has been better than the last. Now the trailer follows the trike.
