Well it's Spring.Know what that means? It means its mating season for left turning waterheads.Need something to make them see me better. Not thrilled with HD's overpriced l.e.d. lamps and thire goofy 1 year warranty. So I ordered J.W. Speakers 8700 Evolution Dual Burn L.E.D headlamp.5 year warranty.Plugs right into the FLRT 3 prong harness.Trim ring fits perfect. Hit the hi beam and the low stays on.Gets the attention of the North American left turning Waterhead.

Yep, Blind the oncoming vehicles, So they swerve into you....
What data do you base this on? Do you have a link to D.O.T. research that shows day time headlamp use contributes to head on collisions? How many miles do you drive per year.I drive over 100k and have never heard "I was blinded by the big truck".If your gonna make a snarky remark you should back it up.

And before someone gets their panties in a knot...I'm out of this thread..

Six Two Charlie ...Out.......

I wear very hi viz clothing, ride with my highbeams on all the time, and before anybody gets their panties in an uproar (daytime only), along with a yellow helmet, ..Can't say it's never going to happen BUT if it stops just one car pulling out in front of me then I'd say it works.........................:afraid:
