I filled out a online questionnaire a couple of weeks ago on a Bridgestone tire site. I asked the dreaded question about rear tires on the front running backwards. I expected that I might at best get a form letter return email stating it was not recommended blah, blah, blah. What I got was a very pleasant surprise phone call from an engineer. This engineer just happens to be a bike rider of many times over # of bikes. I got the official blah,blah blah. I also got a follow bike rider telling me GO For it! The phone call alone shows me a class act in customer relations.
