BOOM! BOX GTS: Software update error

I have downloaded the new software to update the BOOM! BOX GTS to the latest version. I unzip the file and loaded on a USB pen drive.

When I attach it to the Harley USB port it gives me the following error: "The ISO image on the attached USB is corrupt or incompatible".

I've tried to change format of the USB pen but the error persists.

What am I wrong?

Reformat the Zip drive. Make sure there is nothing else on it. Get a fresh download, extract the file, copy it to the Zip drive. Make sure you have the upgrade for the correct unit on the bike.

I Agree!

The suggestions Wmitz made are exactly what I do every time I update anything from HD. I installed mine with no problems. It checks the .iso file first and then starts the install. Mine took 8 minutes from start to finish.
