WOW! Again that is HUGE. Sounds like there is a fork position or length issue.Post edited to read Measured FRONT axel. No, you can't see it.

Unless you are VERY VERY confident in YOUR Abilities, Knowledge, and Experience,,,,
Highly suggest taking it to a Reputable Dealer with the above Attributes and let them Diagnose, Advise, and Correct this type Issue.
That bad "Out of Whack" ain't good for Handling, Safety, or the Unit's Components.
Love doing things myself and saving Cash but as Clint Eastwood said: "Man's Got to Know HIS Limitations".
No Offense intended Cavie,,,,, just sayin' ThumbUp
with every thing you have all ready checked Im at some what of a loss . and Im no expert either . One thing I can think of is back in my circle track days with stock cars we would measure the roll out of our back wheels. by putting a flexable tape measure around the out side of the tread and use the smallest on the inside front and rear corner of the car. you would be surprised how much difference there was in the same size tire.
Is this a new problem or has it been there for a while ? may need a good dealership to check it out. I read about similar problems with triglides in the earlier days ,but you could see the difference side to side. It was a problem with the mounting holes for the rear swing arm
