i have 18 on the back and a 19 on the front

Fender is a Paul Yaffe Thicky.

I think I will go with 15inch enforcer and 19 inch enforcer as the roads in Ireland are not the best.

One reason I went with the 15" rears was so there is a little more sidewall to absorb the bumps. Also since it is not a radical custom, I thought the 18" rears would look out of place.

I just installed 21" front and 18s on the rear. Have not ridden with them on yet.
