I bought a battery off Ebay from Zippbattery that is located in Carmel Indiana. when I got it the post office had dropped it and had acid all over the box and looked like a corner chipped after a couple Emails to see who would pay shipping back to them they told me they were sending me a new battery and just take the one I got to a recycler. Now that is great service

I'll remember that seller Zippbattery, as I'll probably be in the market for a new battery this fall. Mine is now near 7 years old.

Great fast customer service is what really sets a company apart from the competition.

Thanks for sharing your experience with us.ThumbUp

I talked to them and they said I had to go thought the place I bought it I thought that maybe with the company paying shipping they had to make a claim I showed it to the post office

Great service/

However, if it was damaged by the post office, why did you not get them to pay for another one???

You ever try to get the post office to admit anything let alone pay for damage? It isn't easy. Must be all the red tape required by the government.

I'll b looking for a battery my self this season, I'll look up this company -- thank you

Post office advised that my insured package was not delivered this past Xmas. Return address plainly on package. Filed claim PO advised could not find package. PO advised would not honor claim. They said because they could not read address or find the address.

WOW Glad the company came through for you.

I guess I'm lucky. There's a place that sells nothing but battery related items of all brands about a mile from my house. They even rebuild batteries in-house.

Interstate Battery is removing our inventory because we only sold 12 batteries in 12 months. We went with Interstate Battery because we were having warranty and performance problems with YUASA and others offered by our parts distributor. Motorcycle Batteries didn’t put Interstate’s name on the side of Kyle Bush’s racecar.

The economic downturn of 2008 and since has most people buying their batteries from Battery Mart at almost half the price instead. Even though most consumers know that the Battery Mart product will not last near as long, they sometimes buy a Battery Mart battery every two years. Now we have batteries available through INTERNET sales that will surely frustrate the sales of our Interstate line.

BTW, Chrome Batteries and Zippy Batteries are less glorified versions of Battery Mart and are NOT MANUFACTURED IN THE USA. They are both retailers through AMAZON and EBAY.

Independent Motorcycle Shops rarely have consignment product or floor planning for their retail sales. Independent shops usually put their money up front to pay for products that they sell. If a product doesn’t sell within a year, they NEVER stock it again. Thank You INTERNET.

I'm lucky to have an Interstate Battery distribution center near me. I've had really good luck with there batteries. I've purchased deep cycle, auto and motorcycle batteries from them with no complaints. It works for me so I'll keep using their products.

Glad you all had good luck with your interstate battery's the one we sold at the shop I worked at came back about 1 out of every 3 sold..
