17 tri glide. With tall boy seat. Any one have suggestions for a driver backrest.

I am using the backrest that came off my 2002 EG, Fits good also the same mounting brackets. on my 2017 Tri

Kind of 'same here'. I'm using one off my first trike - been on a second tri-glide and two freewheelers and now a 2017 tri-glide.

I too am using a backrest from an earlier bike....much earlier. The only difference on the trike was that the angle bracket on front of receiver was too short - I just made one that was about twice the height and bolted right up!

I never installed the bracket to the battery tray.
