We've been looking for something different than spending the big bucks for the HD ones. The Wife found these by Willie and Max by Dowco. There made in the USA, black man made materials (lifetime warranty for whatever that's worth), looks like leather with an embroidered flap with two buckles with quick release snaps with a internal flap to keep the rain out.

Dimensions are perfect 8" wide (fits just snug between fender and body) x 11" tall x about 5" depth.
She paid just over $60.00 each on Amazon. Oh and they have an American winged eagle (chrome) attached to the lid or flap. Check them out, I'm going to use some industrial Velcro to hold them on as I don't want to drill them. They also appear to have an inner plastic liner which they will keep there shape.
