Take them off cut in half, take out the cinders and weld them back-

What trike kit do you have ?

Looks like a 2021 GL1800 DCT. I haven't heard of anyone doing this on the 2nd Gen GL1800 trikes. I know that on the 2 wheel version there are several choices of aftermarket but CSC makes changes to the exhaust system so those probably won't work for you.

The OP's CSC 2018/up Goldwing conversion does not use the stock Honda pipes; they use CSC's proprietary mufflers, which utilize multiple, stacked round "Super Trap" style cone shaped resonator discs.

On my CSC Indian Roadmaster trike I took on the end of the muffler were the disc are that Randy is talking about, took a unibit & drilled a hole in the round bubble started out with a 1/2" hole & kept going bigger till I like the sound I now have a 1-1/4 hole, I think it sounds good, If your do not like the sound you can put a bolt ,nut & two big washers.
