Anyone know where I can find maintenance equip and software?

When it comes to diagnosing issues with my 08 Ultra, I have the shop manual but find I need tools for doing the diagnosis. Like the "Digital Technician" and breakout boxes. Can someone tell me where I can get such maintenance aids and if they cost one leg or an arm and leg?
