Anyone here have the "Cycle Shade?

It's June. I'm in Phoenix AZ. Outside temp over 105 seat temp TOO DAMNED HOT!! A friend of mine last weekend on our ride broke this cover out to cover his seat, and handlebars and grips. I asked him about it and he said he got it at Bike Week, I was at bike week and never saw their tent, now I have to buy online, and I am doing that today.

I bought one years ago at an event here in CA and use it off/on - never had an issue with it and it's still in great shape.
